TORTELLONI WITH CRISPY BACON
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Rana Basil And Pine Nuts Pesto Tortellini
- 1 head of broccoli
- 100 g bacon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
METHOD
Separate the broccoli head into florets and place on a baking tray. Season with half of the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, then roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes.Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in the remaining olive oil until crispy.Cook the tortellini for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Once cooked, drain the tortellini and mix together with the crispy bacon and broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper.
