PORCINI MUSHROOM RAVIOLI ALFREDO WITH CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Rana Porcini Mushroom Ravioli
- 280 gr cream
- 280 gr grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
METHOD
Combine the cream and grilled chicken together in a large frying pan and warm through over medium heat.
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, and then drain. Add the ravioli and parsley to the frying pan and toss until coated with the sauce.
Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh parsley.
