INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Rana Gnocchi Pops Formaggi
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 4 slices smoked pancetta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper

METHOD

Melt the butter in a pan with the rosemary sprig and garlic. After a minute, remove the garlic and gently crack the eggs into the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, fry the slices of smoked pancetta until golden and crispy. 

Melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan. Add the Gnocchi Pops Formaggi and fry over a medium heat, turning from time to time. Fry for at least 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve the Gnocchi Pops Formaggi with the eggs and bacon.
